Owner Director Munim S. Mir started business of selling fast food in a mobile

van in 1978. He has seen his different businesses grow into reputable

companies. His last venture was a pharmaceutical manufacturing and marketing

company that commenced production in 1995 and was recently acquired by a

reputable corporate group.

His taste for adventure and profound aversion to boredom makes him embrace

new ideas and new business ventures around terrific new opportunities. He has

extensive experience in all aspects of building high class residential projects. It

began with constructing a home with passion in 1989. This opened a door to his

never ending obsession with construction that continues till now. Throughout the

years he was able to build his skill set of project management, manufacturing

and building teams.

We don't know where this philosophy will lead us - into the future. Just as long as

we can continue to attract the most dynamic people, and give immediate
